Residential Property

We have a long history with residential property in Queensland. JJ “Jack” Maher started the first of our family real estate businesses in Brisbane in the pre-war era in 1938. His motto was;

“In Real Estate Since ’38”.

That’s a claim not many agencies can make. And many thousands of happy buyers and sellers later, here we are!

Large database of HNW buyers

Having that kind of history means we’ve met a lot of interesting people over the years, and that translates to our having a database of buyers and sellers which is unique and extraordinary! In particular, we have ready access to a lot of Australia’s elite rich listers. These people operate differently and don’t scroll through pages of online portals but prefer direct phone calls from agents who know how they operate and what they’re looking for.

Off Market Specialists

In addition, QCR is known as the off-market specialists in real estate in Australia. As part of the above database and relationships we have built, we hear about a lot of property opportunities well before they hit the market. In fact, many of them don’t, you just read about them in the paper after they’ve been transacted.

So without further delay, we invite you to browse the listings below or let us know on this form exactly what you’re looking for and we will help you find it. Remember, the properties below are not the only stock we have available or coming up. It’s best to get in touch personally by email or phone.
