How we work with you
In simple terms, we work with small businesses that turnover between $500,000 to around $10,000,000 per annum. Other than that guideline, the business can be just about anything so long as it meets our criteria, which is;
- For sales – we must have exclusive listing of your business for 6 months
- For sales – you must pay for the marketing of your business upfront, but we reimburse this to you in full upon sale. This ensures we both ‘have skin in the game’ and given that we will ultimately be paying for this, we will naturally try to achieve the best bang-for-buck advertising available. This is the best way to ensure we both achieve our objectives
- For sales – Our commission rate is non-negotiable. We have had great success and know our formula well. We know from experience that those who search for a business broker with the lowest commission rate, nearly always end up with the lowest sale price too. As the saying goes; you get what you pay for. Pay peanuts and you get monkeys
- You must have a profitable business. If you cannot show (and prove) a profit, then you have no value in your business. We are in the business of Business Sales, not Idea Sales.
